Built For Teslas
Tesla Owners Bring Us Their Cars For A Reason.
We work on Teslas regularly, from Model 3 and Model Y daily drivers to Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck.
More importantly, we take the time to explain the options. Not every Tesla needs full body PPF, the longest ceramic coating, or every piece of glass tinted. We’ll help you figure out what makes sense for your vehicle and your budget.
Why It Matters
What Makes Tesla Protection Different.
Tesla Experience
We regularly work on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck, so our team is familiar with the protection options across the Tesla lineup.
Paint Prep Matters
New doesn’t always mean perfect. We inspect the finish before installing protection and address anything that needs attention first.
Model Specific Fitment
PPF and tint are installed for the specific vehicle, with attention to body lines, edges, sensors, and glass.
Built For Houston Driving
PPF helps protect high impact areas from rock chips and road debris, while ceramic tint helps manage heat through the large glass surfaces.
Trained & Certified Installers
Our installers work with professional PPF, coating, and tint systems using proven installation methods.
Straight Recommendations
We’ll explain what each service does and where it makes sense so you can decide how much protection your Tesla actually needs.

Every model has different needs. Here is where we usually start, then we tailor it to your car and how you drive it.

Tesla Model Y
Protection for the Tesla that does a little bit of everything.
The Model Y sees everything from daily commuting and school runs to road trips and highway driving. Along with the front end, the lower rear door and fender areas are worth paying attention to because road debris can reach these areas as well.

Preserve the finish on Tesla’s original performance sedan.

- Ceramic Coating
- Ceramic Window Tint
For Owners Focused On Preservation
- Full Body PPF
Tesla Model X
Protect the paint. Manage the glass.

FAQ
Common Questions From Tesla Owners.
Does my Tesla need paint protection?
Not every Tesla needs the same level of protection. If you do a lot of highway driving or want to keep the front end looking cleaner over time, PPF is usually the best place to start. Ceramic coating is better for gloss, easier maintenance, and protection from everyday contaminants. We can look at how you use the vehicle and recommend what actually makes sense.
Should I protect my Tesla right after taking delivery?
If protecting the paint is important to you, earlier is usually better. The main advantage is getting protection on the vehicle before rock chips and wear start to build up. We can inspect your Tesla after delivery, explain the coverage options, and help you decide how much protection makes sense.
Does my Tesla need full body PPF?
Not necessarily.
For many daily driven Teslas, Full Front PPF protects the areas most likely to see rock chips and road debris. Full Body PPF makes more sense when protecting as much of the original paint as possible is the priority.
Does my Tesla need PPF or ceramic coating?
They do different jobs.
PPF provides physical protection against rock chips, road debris, and scratches. Ceramic coating adds gloss, hydrophobic properties, chemical resistance, and easier maintenance.
A common setup is PPF on the high impact areas with ceramic coating on the remaining paint.
Which Teslas do you work on?
We regularly work on Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X.
Can ceramic coating be applied over PPF?
Yes. Ceramic coating can be installed over PPF to add slickness, hydrophobic properties, and make the film easier to maintain.
Can I combine PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint?
Yes. These services protect different parts of the vehicle and can be combined into one setup.
We can build a package around your Tesla, how you drive it, and what matters most to you instead of automatically including every service.
Will PPF damage my Tesla’s paint?
When installed over healthy factory paint and professionally removed, quality PPF is designed to protect the finish underneath.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we work by appointment so every Tesla gets proper time and a clean install. Call or text and we will usually get you scheduled quickly.

Ethan, Daniel and the Chow’s team just finished with my ’26 E-ray. I was new to PPF and ceramic coating, but Ethan walked me through the products and the process. The finish and enhanced color is unbelievable. I would highly recommend Chow’s to anyone wanting to protect their car or truck.
